Navdip Dhariwal is a former BBC International Correspondent and founder of Miran media. Navdip has reported for foreign news from over 60 countries on some of the most significant news stories of our times. She has advised the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates and is passionate about ensuring true diversity and representation is reflected in global storytelling. Specialising in evocative storytelling around human rights and the climate crisis, Miran inspires courageous engagement and unlikely activism. Navdip co-produced Open Water, Miran's most recent film on mental health in Green land for Guardian Documentaries. She is currently working on new documentary projects for major broadcasters and a number of campaigns in the build-up to COP 26 in Glasgow.
